This Contempt Petition is filed to punish the contemnors/respondents herein for their willful disobedience of the order dated 11.09.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.21980 of 2023.

2. Heard, the learned Counsels on either sides and carefully perused the materials available on record.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, it is brought to the knowledge of this Court that the order passed by this Court dated 11.09.2023 in W.P.(MD)No.21980 of 2023, has already been complied with.

4.Recording the same, this contempt petition is closed. The petitioner is at liberty to reopen the contempt petition if any discrepancy is found in the calculation.
