O R D E R

This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondent to register a case based on the compliant given by the petitioner, dated 27.07.2017.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has parked her scooty bearing registration number TN47-V-3340 outside the Government hospital, Velayuthampalayam and the same was stolen by one Vimala and her friend Tamilarasi. With regard to that the petitioner gave a complaint on 27.07.2017 before the second respondent, but so far, no action has been taken. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has submitted that after enquiry the complaint has been close and the said fact has been informed to the petitioner through RPAD on 04.01.2018. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. It is open to the petitioner to avail any other remedy which is available under the law.
