No.6476 /AA4/2017, on the file of the 4th respondent and quash the same, directing the respondents to accord approval from the date of appointment of the petitioner, Mr.Arul Simion, working as B.T.Asst. (English) in St.Britto Higher Secondary School, Gnanaolivupuram Madurai with wfffect from 12.06.2017 with all monetary and other service benefits.
