Prayer: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 439 (1) (B) of Criminal Procedure Code, to modify the condition imposed in Cr.M.P.No.2829 of 2017 on the file of the Principal Sessions Judge, Tuticorin dated 21.09.2017 and permit him to sign before the Inspector of Police, Tallakulam Police Station, Madurai City instead of the Inspector of Police, SIPCOT Police Station, Tuticorin.

O R D E R

The respondent police registered a case as against the petitioner for the offences under Sections 147,148, 342 and 302 r/w. 147, 148, 342 and 302 I.P.C. in Crime No.248 of 2017. 2.After releasing the petitioner on bail, the Principal Sessions Judge, Thoothukudi on 21.09.2017, directed the petitioner to report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. for a period of one month from the date of his release. 3.Aggrieved over the conditional order, the present petition is filed to modify the condition on the ground that the petitioner have life threat in Thoothukudi area and he has enmity in the particular area. Accordingly, he moved before this Court to modify the condition imposed by the Lower Court in any other places as in Tamil Nadu.

have life threat in the particular area and he gave no objection to modify the condition to some other District. Accordingly, the condition is modified as the petitioner is directed to report before the Thirumayam Police Station, Pudukottai District, until further orders.
