The Contempt Petition has been filed for non-compliance of the order dated 19.10.2022 passed in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.18422 of 2022 by this Court.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, it was brought to the notice of this Court that the accused appeared before the Court and the non bailable warrant was recalled. Subsequently, S.T.C.No.537 of 2016 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate (FTC No.I), Madurai itself was disposed of on 21.02.2024.
