According to the petitioner, the petitioner has been harassed at the hands of the respondent police. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court with the aforesaid prayer. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the official respondents would submit that the complaint preferred by the fourth respondent has been enquired and the same was closed. The copy of the closure report has also been placed before this Court.
