Respondent PRAYER: This petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Karur to return the original family partition deeds dated 11.01.1985 and 16.02.1987 in Document Nos.1/85 and 80/87 respectively, which were offered as sureties by taking the petition in SR.No.3235, dated 30.03.2015 in RCS.No.2 of 2015 in Crime No.8 of 2007 on its file and to dispose of it in accordance with law within the time frame as may be fixed by this Court. Though the petitioners sought for a different relief, from the records it is seen that the petitioners filed a petition in SR.No.3235 of 2015 in RCS.No.2 of 2015 and the same is pending.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side).

3. Considering the same, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Karur is directed to number the said application in SR stage and dispose of the same within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that the learned Magistrate will have to pass orders notwithstanding the order passed in Crl.O.P.(MD). Nos.11141 and 11142 of 2015, in view of the subsequent developments.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
