This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to call for the records and quash the notice in serial number 14 dated 14.03.2022 on the file of the first respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that after full enquiry, the complaint given by the third respondent was closed on 23.03.2022.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
