ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners are in custody since 16.06.2018 for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 302, 109, 120(b) I.P.C. in Crime No.108 of 2018 and seek bail.
2.The name of the first petitioner alone is mentioned in the First Information Report. The other petitioners have been roped in based on the confession. The petitioners are not having any previous cases to their credit. The deceased also appears to be a murderer. Since the matter appears to be rather sensitive in nature, the Prosecution suggests that the petitioner should stay in Tanjore.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner undertakes that the petitioners will not leave Tanjore town limits for a period of 30 days after they come out on bail.

the petitioners with certain condition. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail, subject to the following conditions;
(i).the petitioners shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kumbakonam. (ii).the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. (iii)on breach of any of the aforesaid conditions, the Magistrate/Trial Court is entitled to take appropriate action against the petitioners in accordance with law as if the conditions have been imposed and the petitioners released on bail by the Magistrate/Trial Court himself as laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in P.K.Shaji vs. State of Kerala [(2005) AIR SCW 5560].
