ORDER

The present revision petition has been filed by the plaintiff in a suit for declaration that the plaintiff and the 3rd defendant are the legal heirs of one Pappathi.

2. An application in I.A.No.9 of 2022 is pending for appointment of Advocate Commissioner for taking D.N.A test of the 3rd defendant.

3. Considering the above said fact, the trial Court is directed to dispose of I.A.No.9 of 2022 which is said to be posted for orders on 08.03.2023. Considering the fact that the suit is pending for the past 6 years, Principal District Munsif, Sankarankovil is directed to dispose of the suit on or before 31.12.2023.

4. With the above said directions, this Civil Revision Petition stands allowed. No costs.
