O R D E R

This petition is filed for issuing a direction to the 2nd respondent Police to file a final report in Crime No.81 of 2015 within a time stipulated by this Court.

2. The petitioner states that he has lodged a complaint as against two individuals and the same was registered in crime No. 81 of 2015 for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 of IPC. It is further stated that the second respondent has not conducted any investigation and that the final report is not yet filed.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents on instructions would submit that the complaint was closed as mistake of fact long back and that the RC notice is also served. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has also handed over the copy of the notice to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

4. Recording the said submission, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
