2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in the order dated 24.02.2026, in paragraph No.2, it has been mentioned as 'the time for compliance is extended by a further period of two weeks from today'. But the order copy was made ready after the expiry of the time granted by this Court.
3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the last line in paragraph No.2 of the order dated 24.02.2026, is replaced as follows:
"The time for compliance is extended upto 06.04.2026."
4. Registry is directed to carry out the correction and issue fresh order copy to the parties concerned.

ORDER
This petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking extension of time to surrender before the Special Sessions Court for Trial of cases under SC/ST (Amendment POA) Act, Srivilliputhur as directed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD). No. 11939 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.(MD). No. 12038 of 2025.

Since the petitioners have sought the relief after a lapse of six months, this petition is allowed on the condition that the petitioners shall pay a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) as costs towards establishing an E-Library, to the credit of the MBHAA, in Indian Bank, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court Branch, Account No. 496038755, IFSC Code: IDIB000H040, MICR Code: 625019020, on or before 09.02.2026. The time for compliance is extended by a further period of two weeks from today.
