It is a petition seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent herein not to interfere in connection with the civil dispute between the parties and not to harass the petitioner and his family members.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side).

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that petition enquiry has been conducted and the same has been closed on the ground that the dispute is purely civil in nature. Therefore, presence of the petitioner is not required before the respondent police for enquiry.
