This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to grant permission to perform the program of Adal Padal on 13.07.2019 night at about 8.00 p.m. to 12.00 a.m. at Thattangulam, Arulmigu Sri Kali Amman Thirukovil, situated at Devipattinam, Main Road, Tirunelveli District and to provide adequate Police Protection, based on the petitioner's representation, dated 20.06.2019.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instructions would submit that already order has been passed granting permission to the petitioner to conduct Adal Padal Programme.

3. In the above circumstances, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
