ORDER
The contempt application is filed complaining willful disobedience of the order dated 24.10.2024 in CRL.OP.(MD)No.18410 of 2023.
2. When the matter came up for hearing today, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that after completion of investigation a final report has been filed referring the case as a mistake of fact and the same is also e-filed vide Ref.No.LTN20220001795C202600184.
3. It is stated that the the trial court has issued notice in RCS/92/2026 to the parties and posted the matter.
4. In view thereof, recording the same and leaving it open for the petitioner or any other party who is aggrieved to file objections before the learned Magistrate, the contempt petition stands closed. 15.06.2026 rgm
