This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent not to interfere in the civil dispute between the petitioners and the Respondent Nos.3 to 5.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State .
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the 2nd respondent frequently called the petitioners and harassed them under the guise of enquiry. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that only on the basis of the complaint given by the respondents 3 to 5, the petitioners were called for enquiry. He would further submit that the 2nd respondent did not cause any harassment to the petitioners and it seems that the issue is purely civil in nature. Further he undertakes that the said enquiry will be disposed of within a week.
5. Recording the above said undertaking given by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), this Criminal Original Petition is allowed. Further, the second respondent is directed not to harass the petitioners.
