This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to direct the first respondent to direct the second and third respondents to register the case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 09.01.2015.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, already a case has been registered in Crime No.08 of 2015 for the offences under Sections 279, 337 I.P.C.
