2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions submitted that the F.I.R. registered in Crime No.14 of 2014 on the file of the first respondent is transferred to the jurisdictional police Station at Madurai.

3. In view of the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed, with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy before the appropriate forum in accordance with law. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
