ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as A2, apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 8(c) r/w. 20(b)(ii)(B) of NDPS Act, in Crime No. 51 of 2017, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that the respondent police searched A-3, on the secret information received and he found the petitioner with a gunny bag, which was having possession of 1kilo 350 grams of Ganja. On the confession of A-3, stating that A1 and A2 are said to have handed over the alleged contraband to him in order to sale, A-1 and A-2 were implicated in the said crime.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and he is no way connected with the offence, as alleged by the prosecution.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State would submit that the other accused persons are still in custody and they were not released on bail. If the petitioner is enlarged on bail, she will interfere in the investigation of the prosecution.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and
also considering the gravity of offence, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
