O RDER This criminal original petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.92 of 2021 dated 12.06.2021 on the file of the first respondent police, which was registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 448, 294(b), 427 and 506(2) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that during pendency of this petition, the first respondent conducted investigation in Crime No.92 of 2021 and at the time of filing final report, the name of the petitioner herein was deleted. 3.In view of the above, no further order is required in this petition.
