ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to reopen the revision proceedings dated 05.02.2024, bearing reference in Na.Ka.COLR/3622/2024-M2, as against the order of issuance of legal heirship certificate, dated 01.11.2021, under reference Certificate No.TN-7202110301293 to the petitioner, by the third respondent and subsequently, provide adequate opportunity and time for placing her case effectively forthwith.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents produced the proceedings of the second respondent, dated 18.02.2025 and submitted that the petitioner's husband has two wives, namely, the petitioner and the fourth respondent and
therefore, the legal heirship certificate already issued in favour of the petitioner and her two sons, Ramkumar and Saravanan, has been cancelled by the second respondent.
3. Recording the above submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the proceedings of the second respondent, she may file a fresh Writ Petition, if so advised.
