Order:This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.MOHIDEEN BASHA, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.V.CHANDRASEKARAN, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.314 of 2021 on 05.02.2021 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly, and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation is still pending.

4.Taking into consideration the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court vide order dated 05.02.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.314 of 2021 o is not relaxed, however the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.2274 of 2021 petitioners are directed to comply with the conditions as per the earlier order passed by this Court dated 23.02.2021 in Crl.M.P(MD) No.1501 of 2021.
