O R D E R

This petition is filed for issuing a direction to the the 2nd respondent to file the final report in Crime No. 207 of 2017, dated 11.08.2017, on the file of the second respondent Police.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), appearing for the respondents Police submitted that the investigation is almost over and that the Final Report will be filed within a period of three months.

3. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition is allowed and the 2nd respondent police is directed to complete the investigation and file a Final Report in Crime No.207 of 2017, before the jurisdictional Magistrate, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
