ORDER
The petitioners have been implicated in Crime No.44 of 2018 on the file of the second respondent for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 341, 324 IPC r/w 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s) and 3(2)(va) of SC/ST Prevention of Atrocities Amendment Act 2015 and Section 3 of Tamil Nadu Public Property (Prevention of Damage and Loss) Act, 1992. No injury has been caused to anybody in this case. Therefore, the petitioners are directed to surrender before the Jurisdictional Special Court and their bail application shall be considered on the same day of surrender.
2.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is allowed.
