O R D E R

This petition is filed for issuing a direction to the 2nd respondent Police to complete the investigation in Crime No.119 of 2016 and to file a final report within a time stipulated by this Court.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents however, on instructions submitted that the final report was already filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirupathur and that it is yet to be taken on file.

3. Recording the said submission, the Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, the second respondent Police is directed to see that the final report is taken on file as early as possible.
