ORDER
The prayer in this writ petition is for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to issue a patta to the petitioner to her property measuring 2-1/2 cents out of 0.02.0 Ares in old S.No.56/1 present S.No.56/24 in Merpanaikadu village, in Aranthangi Taluk, Pudukottai District within a period to be fixed by this Court.
2.Heard Mr.R.Suriya Narayanan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.Kannithevan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
3.The petitioner, in order to get patta to the natham land to the extent of 2-1/2 cents out of 0.02.0 Ares in old S.No.56/1 present S.No.56/24 in Merpanaikadu village, in Aranthangi Taluk, Pudukottai District, made a request to the respondent on 10.05.2019 and since the said representation has not been considered so far, the petitioner is before this Court.
4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that if the said representation of the petitioner dated 10.05.2019 is directed to be considered and an order to that effect is directed to be passed, within a time frame, the petitioner would be satisfied.

5.I have heard the learned Additional Government Pleader, who would submit that, the said representation of the petitioner dated 10.05.2019 would be considered by the 2nd respondent and an order to that effect would be passed thereon, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be stipulated by this Court. 6.Considering the innocuous prayer sought for in this writ petition, with the consent of both sides, this Court is inclined to dispose of the writ petition, at the admission itself, with the following direction:
"The 2nd respondent is hereby directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 10.05.2019 and pass orders thereon, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."
7.With this direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
