O R D E R
This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to take appropriate action against the respondents 4 to 7 on the basis of the petitioner representation dated 08.01.2025 in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.
2.According to the petitioner, the respondents 4 to 7 harassed the petitioner's brother-in-law namely one Premkumar and also taken money of Rs.40,112/- and also retained the car of the petitioner from his brother-in-law and thereafter he got back the car through his advocate and the respondent police also used the car for their own purpose. Therefore, the petitioner sent a representation to take action against the respondents 4 to 7 on 08.01.2025 to the respondents 1 to 3. But the same has not been considered. While so, the Deputy Superintendent of Police sent a reply to the representation of the petitioner through proceedings dated 17.01.2025, to appear before the third respondent. Therefore, this Writ Petition is filed.

3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the petitioner is a habitual offender and so many cases are pending against the petitioner. While so, in order to divert the investigation in the pending cases, the present petition is filed to threaten the police officials. However, the representation of the petitioner is pending for enquiry with the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Dindigul Rural and will complete the enquiry and dispose of the petitioner's representation within 15 days. 4.This Court heard both sides and perused the records placed before this Court.
5.Since the prayer of the petitioner is to take action by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 08.01.2025 and the same is also pending enquiry with the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Dindigul Rural, this Court recording the submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3, directs the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Dindigul Rural 4/7
to conduct enquiry and dispose of the petitioner's representation within a period of fifteen [15] days from the date of this order. 6.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
