This petition has been filed for a direction to the second Respondent to alter the FIR by including the Ashok Leyland Vehicle bearing Registration No.TN 18 AJ 7507 involved in the occurrence and also include Section 338 of IPC in Crime No.253 of 2017 on the file of the second Respondent Police based on the Representation of the Petitioner dated 06.10.2017.
2.The learned Government Advocate would submit that the case has already ended in conviction.
