PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. PRAYER :-For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.22 of 2022 on the file of the Respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/accused, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 294(b), 342 and 324 IPC, in Crime No.22 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail. 2.It is seen from the FIR that the case was registered in Crime No.22 of 2022 for the alleged offences under Sections 147, 294(b), 342 and 324 IPC, which are, bailable in nature. Hence, the question of anticipatory bail does not arise.
