Respondents Prayer:- Habeas Corpus Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the body or person of the detenue namely Maria James, S/o.late.Varuvel Nadar, aged about 58 years, husband of the petitioner before this Court and set him at liberty and pass such further or other orders.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR,J.) The petitioner is present and the second respondent has produced the detenu before this Court.

2.The detenu has stated that he went to Kerala on his own with others. However, mistakenly he got struck at a place, where from he could not come back to his native place in time. He further stated that he was never detained illegally by anyone. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.In these circumstances, recording the fact that the detenu is produced before this Court and that there is no illegal detention by anyone, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
