O R D E R

Mr. Aayiram K.Selvakumar, Learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the First to Fourth Respondents, on instructions, states that after filing of the Writ Petition the First Respondent by order in Na.Ka.Aa1/4296/2018 dated 20.03.2019 has informed the Petitioner and other similarly placed persons that their request for patta could not be granted as it is required for expansion of the Railways. He has produced a copy of the same and the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner acknowledges its receipt. 2.

In view of the subsequent events, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to the Petitioner to challenge the aforesaid order dated 20.03.2019 before the proper forum in the manner recognized by law and has made an endorsement to that effect, which is recorded.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting such liberty. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
