2. The petitioner seeks completion certificate.
3. The learned Standing counsel appearing for Madurai Corporation states that there has been deviation on the part of the petitioner.
3. The petitioner's application was given on 02.01.2024. The first respondent is directed to consider the same and given a disposal. Either completion certificate must be issued or communication setting out the deviation committed by the petitioner must be issued. This exercise shall be completed by the first respondent within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
