This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P. (MD)No.18273 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.18179 of 2025 dated 25.11.2025.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition for 11 weeks.

Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition for 11 weeks, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.18273 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.18179 of 2025 dated 25.11.2025 is relaxed.
