Prayer:Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent not to interfere into the petitioner's right of doing poojas in Sri Arukulamadasamy temple situated at Vaniyar Street, Melkari, Azhagiapandipuram Village, Thovalai Taluk, Kanyakumari District by way of compelling the petitioner and their party to surrender the keys of the above said temples to his custody.
