This petition is filed for issuing a direction to the first respondent to register the case based on the complaint given by the petitioner on 13.04.2017 and investigate the same and file a final report.

2.The Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the complaint has been closed after conducting petition enquiry.

3.Recording the said statement, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to work out his remedy in accordance with law.
