ORDER

It is a petition seeking a direction to the 3rd respondent not to interfere into the civil dispute in respect of the property in Survey No.181/9-B Manjoor, Paramakudi Taluk, Ramanathapuram District and not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry.

2. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side).

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that petition enquiry has been conducted and the same has been closed on the ground that the dispute is purely civil in nature. Therefore, presence of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner is not required before the respondent police for enquiry.
