When the matter was taken up for hearing in the list on 09.11.2017, there was no representation for the petitioner and hence, the matter was directed to be posted on 16.11.2017. Even on that day also, there was no representation for the petitioner and the matter was directed to be posted today (i.e. 21.11.2017) under the caption "for dismissal". Today (i.e. 21.11.2017), when the matter was taken up for hearing, again there is no representation for the petitioner.
