ORDER

This Criminal Original petition is filed for issuing a direction to the first respondent to monitor the investigation in respect of the case in Crime No.1012 of 2017 on the file of the second respondent herein.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The petitioner states that her husband met with an accident. Though the vehicle driven by her husband was hit by an Innova Car driven by one Duraipandi, son of Boss, the petitioner states that the name of the person who actually drove the vehicle was not included when the case was registered in Crime No.1012 of 2017 for the offence under Section 304(A) of I.P.C. Despite several representations being submitted by the petitioner, it is stated that nothing was done to include the real accused and that therefore, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner states that she was constrained to file this petition.

4. The second respondent filed a counter affidavit stating that the said Duraipandi who drove the vehicle and caused the accident has been impleaded as the first accused.

5. In view of the specific statement of the second respondent and the inclusion of the driver of the vehicle as first accused, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that he has no other grievance and that this petition can be closed.
