The Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the first respondent to instruct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that in pursuant to the investigation, the petitioner is arrayed as accused No.6 in Crime No.183 of 2013.
3. In view of the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to work out the remedy in the manner known to law.
