ORDER

The grievance of the petitioner is that one of the legal heirs of the father Sanga Gounder leaving out and suppressing the existence of the other legal heir, has obtained legal heir certificate. The petitioner made a representation to the fourth respondent on 27.01.2025 and seeks limited relief to dispose of the said representation expeditiously.

2.Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for in the writ petition, with the consent of the learned counsel on either side, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 2/4

3.The fourth respondent shall enquire into the application of the petitioner and after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner as well as other interested legal heirs and pass final orders, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
