This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kuzhithurai to dispose of the case in C.C No.1188 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the crime is of the year 2015 and he filed a private complaint under Section 200 of CrPC and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.1188 of 2015 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kuzhithurai and it is pending without any progress. Hence, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks expeditiously disposal. 4.Considering the facts and circumstance of the case, this Court directs the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kuzhithurai, to complete the proceedings in C.C.No.1188 of 2015 pending on his file within a period of six months from the date of the receipt of a copy of this Order. petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on all hearings and cooperate for expeditiously disposal.
