ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/ accused No.11 apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 143 and 188 IPC and Section 4 AA of TNOPPD Act, 1988 in Crime No.220 of 2014 and seeks anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl Side) appearing for the respondent.
3.Charge sheet has been filed in this case. The case has been taken on file in S.T.C.No.361 of 2014 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Madurai. The petitioner undertakes to appear regularly on all the future hearing dates. If he is not in a position to appear, he shall apply for condoning his absence by filing an application under Section 317 Cr.P.C. If these conditions are breached, this order would stand automatically cancelled. 4.Recording the undertaking given by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the petitioner is permitted to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Kamuthi on the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
next hearing date and apply for recall of warrant. On filing of such application, the learned Judicial Magistrate Kamuthi is directed to recall the Non Bailable Warrant on the same date.
