O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction, to direct the 2nd respondent to register the complaint given by the petitioner complaint dated 11.08.2017 and to take necessary action within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 11.06.2017, a case has already been registered in Crime No.10 of 2018, for the offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506(i) I.P.C. on the file of the respondent police. He has also produced a copy of the FIR to that effect.

3. Recording the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
