ORDER

The Learned Counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that in order to comply with the Order passed by this Court they have issued notice to the petitioner since this Court directed the respondent to afford opportunity. However, the petitioner did not appear before the authorities. He further submitted that they have to survey the land, thereafter only will take appropriate action.

2. In view of the aforesaid submission, the petitioner is directed to appear before the appropriate authority as on when notice will receive and thereafter, the respondent shall comply with the order. Since the petitioner is not co-operated with the respondent there cannot be any willful disobedience against the respondent, however, the respondent is strictly directed to adhere the order passed by this Court.
