ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders, to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to transfer the investigation in Crime No.394 of 2022, which is pending on the file of the third respondent to any other competent officer.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, FIR came to be registered in Crime No.394 of 2022 on 15.11.2022 for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 294(b) and 506(i) IPC. He would further submit that they have already examined three witnesses and recorded their statement and that the investigation is pending.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the third respondent police is directed to proceed with the investigation and the second respondent/Deputy Superintendent of Police is directed to monitor the same and file final report within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 2/4

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
