This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent police not to harass the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would represent that the present petitioner is an accused in Cr.Nos.488 of 2016, 642 of 2016 and 6 of 2017 on the file of the respondent Police in those cases, the petitioner was already let out on bail. Now, the petitioner is complying with the bail conditions. He would further submit that since the petitioner is complying with those conditions, there is no necessity for the respondent Police to harass the present petitioner.
