ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for issuing a direction to the respondents herein not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.
2. The grievance of the petitioner is that on the basis of the complaint given by one Kavitha, enquiry has been made upon the petitioner to settle the entire amount.
3. The learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents police would submit that it is a case of mis-appropriation of amount and that the petitioner was called for enquiry there was no harassment.
4. It is made clear that the second respondent may make not any pressure upon the petitioner to settle the amount during the course of enquiry. If any trouble arise, the petitioner shall work out his remedy through appropriate proceedings.

4. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
