Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondent No.3 from granting FL2 license in favour of the 12th respondent in respect of the property bearing Joint Patta No.225 comprised in Sur. No.70/6, situated at 8 Nilaiyur Bit I Revenue Village, Thirupparankundram Taluk, Madurai District by considering the representation dated 10.01.2025. 2/6

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a writ of mandamus, forbearing the third respondent from granting FL2 license in favour of the 12th respondent in respect of the property bearing Joint Patta No.225 comprised in S.No.70/6, situated at 8, Nilaiyur Bit I Revenue Village, Thirupparankundram Taluk, Madurai District, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 10.01.2025.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that in respect of the issue involved in this writ petition, a civil suit in O.S.No.524 of 2024 is pending before the Principal District Court, 3/6

3. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is closed granting liberty to the petitioner to pursue the civil suit in O.S.No.524 of 2024, which is pending before the Principal District Court, Madurai. This Court refrains from entertaining the writ petition at this stage, as the matter is sub judice and is being dealt with by the competent civil court. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
