ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 03.02.2026 and consequently directing the respondents 3 to 6 to implement the order passed in his proceedings in M.C.No.128/2025/A4 dated 07.08.2025.

This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 03.02.2026 and pass appropriate orders in the light of the order passed in M.C.No.128/2025/A4 dated 07.08.2025 and in accordance to law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
