This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the DVOP.No.20 of 2014 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Sivagangai and quash the same as illegal. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The case was listed on 04.06.2014 for admission. Thereafter, it was listed on two occasion. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner is present and simply seeks adjournment. Till today, the matter has not been admitted and no notice was ordered to the respondents. Therefore, the petitioner has no interest to proceed this matter. The pendency of this criminal original petition would not serve for any purpose.

4. In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
